Q1. What is your MOQ?

Normally it’s 5 cartons per item, but different items may require different MOQ.

Q2. When do online orders get processed ?

Online orders are processed within 2-3 working days.

Q3. Can I add items to an existing order ?

You may not add to an existing order. You must place a separate order.

Q4. What payment methods can I use ?

We accept Wire Transfer / Paypal / Alipay / Master Card / Visa.

Q5. How do I reorder ?

You can reorder an entire order. Login to your account, then go to the My Orders page under My Account. Click on the order number you wish to reorder, double check that you want to reorder that exact product and quantity, then click Reorder and continue the checkout process.

Q6. Can I buy 1pc sample ?

Please check “Amazon Products” under Product section on homepage, all these items are linked to Amazon website directly. Click the item sample you want, then pay your order under Amazon website.

Q7. What is your price terms ?

EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF are acceptable.

Q8. Where is the loading port for ocean shipment ?

Shenzhen/Yantian/Xiamen, China.

Q9. Can I place a small order at the first time?

Please meet MOQ of each item.

Q10. Who is responsible for paying the freight cost ?

Customer is responsible for paying freight charges on all orders under $5000 USD (Our delivery term is EXW Guangzhou Factory). Orders over $5000 USD, we afford charge for FOB Shenzhen. For orders not paid within terms, customer is responsible for all freight charges.

Q11. Can I prepay for my order ?

Yes, you can prepay for your order. Payment should include freight cost or handling charge if any. Freight cost or handling charge is provided and confirmed by us.

Q12. My goods have been damaged when arrived, what should I do ?

Any damage to your goods must be reported immediately to the carrier. Please retain all packaging material for the carrier to inspect and file a damage claim directly with the carrier. Please contact us within 5 days in writing quoting your invoice or tracking number, account reference and details of item(s).

Q13. Do you ship products internationally ?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q14. Can I have multiple shipping addresses in my online account?

Yes. In your account you may set up multiple shipping addresses for your orders to be shipped to.
